Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patient needs comprehensively and craft personalized care plans that make a real difference
Implement innovative strategies to promote health and safety in a dynamic environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional family-centered care
Lead as charge nurse when needed, guiding your peers with confidence
Educate patients and families, empowering them on their journey
Float supportively to other areas, showcasing your versatility and teamwork

Qualifications

Current Montana RN licensure
BLS/BCLS certification
NRP certification with recertification every 2 years
STABLE certification within two years of hire
Minimum 2 years of experience, with L&D background preferred

Education

Registered Nurse licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Mastery of modified primary nursing and patient assessment
Expertise in developing and executing plans of care
Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and teamwork in high-pressure settings
Proficiency with EMR systems like Point Click
Stroke competency and ability to handle varied shifts including holidays
