Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to patients on the Med/Surg unit
Monitor patient vital signs and assess changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create care plans
Document patient progress and communicate with families

Qualifications

Current RN license in Massachusetts required
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles
Proficient in electronic health records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
