Shift Type: 12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM, 36 hours per week guaranteed; schedule to be determined upon offer

Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with the care team to create and implement personalized care plans
- Monitor residents' health, document changes, and communicate with families
- Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure a safe environment
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Maine
- BLS/CPR certification (AHA or equivalent)
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
- Must pass background check and drug screening

Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of nursing principles and best practices
- Confidence in medication administration and documentation
- Skill in resident assessment and care planning
- Clear communication with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment
