Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Collaborate with the care team to create and implement personalized care plans
• Monitor residents' health, document changes, and communicate with families
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure a safe environment
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Maine
• BLS/CPR certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Local candidates only - we want you close by and ready to make a difference

• Solid understanding of nursing principles and best practices
• Confidence in medication administration and documentation
• Skill in resident assessment and care planning
• Clear communication with patients, families, and colleagues
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment
