Location: Silverdale, Washington

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, every other weekend (Days: Saturday-Sunday; Nights: Friday-Saturday), holidays rotate with permanent staff

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $80 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert care to mothers and babies in our vibrant Birthing Center
Attend deliveries independently and circulate during C-sections with confidence
Assist with catching and transitioning newborns while ensuring their safety
Titrate critical drips such as Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin
Support high-risk patients including those with preeclampsia, diabetes, and substance use concerns
Collaborate with our friendly manager and receive constructive feedback to grow professionally

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Intermediate or advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring preferred
Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience; 1 year considered with multiple prior travel assignments
Comfortable functioning in both Labor & Delivery and Postpartum settings

Knowledge & Skills

LDRP expertise with ability to work independently during deliveries
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for high-risk obstetric patients
Familiarity with Centricity Perinatal EFM system
Ability to adapt to unit workflows and accept constructive feedback
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication
