Shift Type: Variable shifts, 36 hours per week including weekends and holidays, on-call required

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Collect comprehensive patient data to guide exceptional care
Analyze assessments to craft personalized diagnoses and plans
Implement innovative care strategies for mothers and newborns
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Promote safe environments and educate families with compassion
Float seamlessly to Mother Baby unit and take couplets
Circulate in the OR and support as safety companion when needed

Qualifications

Active Montana Registered Nurse licensure
American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) provider status
Electronic Fetal Monitoring Series Certificate or equivalent
Competence in modified primary nursing with willingness to float

Education

Registered Nurse licensure required
Two hours of initial cerebrovascular disease education

Knowledge & Skills

Sound judgment and patience in high-pressure settings
Creativity in problem-solving and decision-making
Proficiency in circulating and fetal monitoring
Ability to thrive in busy, stressful environments
Strong collaboration with patients, families, and peers
