Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: All shifts, 36 hours/week, rotating day/night including holidays and weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the 5-bed ICU
Float to ED, Med/Surg, or Peds during low census for variety and impact
Support post-op recovery for general surgery, pediatric, and OB patients after hours
Work independently using professional knowledge to follow doctors orders and standards
Provide compassionate inpatient care to individuals of all ages and their families

Qualifications

At least 3 years of prior ICU experience
Current unrestricted RN license in any US state
BLS, ACLS from American Heart Association required
PALS, TCAR, and NIHSS to be completed within 6 months of hire

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Intensive Care Unit expertise
Emergency Department capabilities
Med/Surg proficiency
Pediatrics experience
Critical patient assessment and treatment
