Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical moments
Quickly assess and stabilize patients arriving in the ER
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-tier treatment
Monitor patient conditions and respond to urgent needs with skill and speed

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
ER experience preferred to hit the ground running

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills
Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
Excellent communication with patients and teams
Proficiency in emergency procedures and protocols
