Location: Syracuse, New York

Start Date: 07-26-2026

End Date: 10-24-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Variable shifts: 10-hour shifts 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 8-hour shifts 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, no holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive pre-procedure assessments and patient education
Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures
Monitor patient sedation levels and vital signs
Provide post-procedure care and discharge instructions
Maintain sterile field and equipment
Document care accurately in EPIC EMR

Qualifications

Current New York State RN license
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Experience with EPIC electronic medical records
Endoscopy nursing experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in endoscopy procedures and equipment
Strong patient monitoring and sedation management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced procedural setting
