Roles & Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients presenting to the Emergency Department with a wide range of conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring patient responses closely
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Provide compassionate education and support to patients and their families during stressful situations
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with all regulations
• Respond quickly to life-threatening emergencies and stabilize patients

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Georgia (or compact license if applicable)
• Current BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
• Experience in an emergency department or acute care setting
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to fast-paced environments

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in emergency care procedures and protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused during high-pressure situations
