Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $85 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to create individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and respond quickly to changes in condition
Educate patients and families on recovery, medications, and wellness strategies
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure seamless handoffs between shifts

Qualifications

Active California RN license
BLS certification required
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

Medical-surgical nursing fundamentals
Patient assessment and care planning
Electronic health record documentation
Time management and prioritization
Clear, empathetic communication with patients and families
