Registered Nurse - Case Manager

Location: Fort Pierce, Florida

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, rotating every other weekend

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $75 - $52.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate patient care across multiple units as a float RN Case Manager
Utilize Interqual criteria for initial and continued stay reviews
Collaborate with the offsite UR team to ensure appropriate patient status
Support discharge planning in a fast-paced, high-acuity Level II trauma center
Adapt quickly to every unit assigned while maintaining excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in Florida or Compact state
2-4 years of RN Case Management experience in an acute care facility
Experience with Interqual required
Familiarity with Meditech, Midas, Nate, Outlook, and Imobile preferred
HCA experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of case management processes and Interqual criteria
Ability to float across multiple units and adapt to changing assignments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency with electronic medical records and case management software
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
