Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver safe and effective nursing care following the nursing process
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and craft individualized care plans
Administer medications, fluids, and treatments with precision
Monitor patient symptoms and respond swiftly to changes
Maintain detailed documentation to track progress and outcomes
Educate patients and families for seamless post-discharge care
Prioritize tasks to ensure timely and quality patient attention
Uphold infection control and safety standards rigorously
Lead and guide staff for seamless care continuity
Assist in onboarding new team members with enthusiasm

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota or eligible for reciprocity
At least 1 year of experience preferred in acute care or hospital nursing
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Education

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and nursing care planning
Medication administration and patient documentation
Infection control practices
Leadership and teamwork in fast-paced environments
