Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shifts 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or night shifts 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $130 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert care to neonates in a Level III NICU
Attend deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation
Place PICC lines, umbilical lines, and chest tubes
Perform needle aspirations and other essential procedures
Collaborate with supervising physicians to deliver outstanding patient outcomes
Document care accurately using the Epic EMR system

Qualifications

Board certified as a Physician Assistant (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, or equivalent)
Active full Michigan state license required
Current NRP advanced provider or instructor status
Neonatal experience required; new grads not accepted
Must be comfortable working under physician supervision

Knowledge & Skills

Neonatal resuscitation expertise
PICC line placement skills
Umbilical line placement proficiency
Needle aspiration techniques
Chest tube placement experience
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
