Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients to help them regain mobility and strength
Develop personalized therapy plans that support each patient's recovery goals
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver outstanding outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for continued progress
Document progress and adjust treatments to maximize results

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Ohio
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
Progress documentation and reporting
Team collaboration and communication
