Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical function and create personalized, outcome-driven treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy and evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and independence
• Collaborate with therapists and clinic staff to coordinate care and ensure continuity
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and long-term self-management strategies
• Document clinical findings and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture by mentoring colleagues and promoting teamwork

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing physical therapy and rehabilitation in an outpatient setting
• Comfort with hands-on healing and patient-centered care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and team members
• Available for a 13-week travel contract beginning 2026-04-19 through 2026-07-19
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday and be flexible within business hours as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient assessment, treatment planning, and exercise prescription
• Hands-on manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities
• Experience with outpatient therapy flows and caseload management
• Ability to document clearly and use electronic medical records
• Collaborative approach to interdisciplinary care and problem solving
