Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver mobile outpatient therapy services to patients in the Holyoke area, ensuring high‑quality care and fostering recovery.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Apply therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and function.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (P‑PT class).
• Experience in mobile outpatient therapy settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
