Candidate Pay Rate: $64 - $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents using the nursing process
- Perform comprehensive assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in partnership with residents and families
- Accurately document all nursing care, observations, and outcomes in a timely manner
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and support staff to ensure effective and efficient care delivery
- Provide resident and family education, respecting their unique age, cultural, and personal preferences
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that enhance resident outcomes and align with organizational mission and vision
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- At least one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- A genuine passion for caring for seniors and long-term care residents
Education

- <li value="3">Current certification in CPR.</li>

Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of the nursing process and evidence-based practice
- Skilled in resident care planning, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Proficient at electronic health records and clinical charting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and care teams
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic care environment
- Knowledge of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) regulations and quality standards
- Commitment to continuous learning and performance improvement
