Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
• Assess residents' conditions and communicate updates to the care team
• Document care provided clearly and thoroughly
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes
• Engage with residents and families to support their comfort and well-being

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Delaware or ability to obtain prior to start
• Compassion and a genuine desire to support others
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Completion of or willingness to complete COVID-19 vaccination or provide approved exemption
• Ability to pass a background check and provide proper identification

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and documentation
• Resident care planning and evaluation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Adaptability to changing patient needs
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
