Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and prophylaxis to keep smiles healthy
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
• Assist the dentist during procedures and triage patient needs
• Document patient records diligently to support quality treatment
• Administer local anesthesia with skill and compassion

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania - we need you!
• Current BLS/CPR certification to ensure patient safety
• Prior dental hygiene experience is a plus, but strong new grads are welcome
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly chairside manner
• Ability to adapt quickly and bring positive energy to every shift

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of dental hygiene instruments and sterilization protocols
• Comfortable with digital radiography and dental practice management software
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• A genuine passion for patient-centered care
