Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team
• Document care provided in a timely and thorough manner
• Collaborate with nurses, aides, and providers to ensure the best outcomes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain before start
• Must bring a valid state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus
• A compassionate, professional, and reliable approach to care

• Solid clinical nursing and assessment skills
• Medication administration and documentation expertise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
• Attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
