Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for orthodontic treatment and help them feel comfortable and informed
• Assist the dentist or orthodontist with braces, Invisalign, and other orthodontic procedures
• Sterilize and organize instruments and operatories to keep every visit safe and smooth
• Take and review patient records, radiographs, and treatment notes as needed
• Educate patients on caring for braces, aligners, and overall dental health
• Support the dental team by anticipating needs and maintaining an efficient workflow

Qualifications

• Fully knowledgeable in orthodontics, specifically braces and Invisalign
• Dental assisting training, certification, or comparable hands-on experience
• Strong patient communication skills with a caring, professional approach
• Ability to work efficiently during the assigned 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM shift

Knowledge & Skills

• Specialized understanding of orthodontic treatments including braces and Invisalign
• Chairside assisting and patient preparation skills
• Knowledge of dental terminology, sterilization techniques, and infection control
• Comfort using dental records systems and taking dental images
