Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients and residents
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patients and document vital signs, symptoms, and progress
• Work closely with fellow nurses and healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Educate patients and their families so they feel informed and empowered
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and follow facility protocols

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• A caring, professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Ability to provide a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical nursing knowledge and assessment skills
• Comfortable with medication administration and documentation
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• A genuine love for connecting with people and making a difference
