Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and monitor patient responses
• Perform nursing assessments and document care thoroughly in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs and other team members to ensure high-quality care
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, treatments, and care plans

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Maryland
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Documented COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; your enthusiasm and dedication matter most
• A passion for providing respectful, compassionate care to older adults

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and patient assessments
• Accurate documentation using electronic health records
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and teammates
• Ability to stay organized and calm during busy shifts
