Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Assess residents and communicate changes in condition to the care team
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to create individualized care plans
• Document patient care thoroughly in accordance with facility policies
• Support residents and families with empathy and clear communication

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation is preferred
• Must meet facility compliance requirements including COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
• Ability to work per diem shifts with reliable attendance

• Proficient in medication administration and electronic documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
