Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate resident care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to create care plans that achieve exceptional resident outcomes
• Document care accurately and thoroughly while respecting each resident's individualized plan of care
• Support the organization's mission and vision by fostering a culture of quality and safety
• Incorporate each resident's age, cultural background, and unique needs into your approach to care
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to continuously elevate nursing care quality

Qualifications

• A current California RN license in good standing - or one ready to be transferred? We welcome you!
• At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR certification to keep residents safe in any situation
• A caring, professional attitude and a genuine passion for skilled nursing care

Education
