Candidate Pay Rate: $64 - $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate resident care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to create care plans that achieve exceptional resident outcomes
- Document care accurately and thoroughly while respecting each resident's individualized plan of care
- Support the organization's mission and vision by fostering a culture of quality and safety
- Incorporate each resident's age, cultural background, and unique needs into your approach to care
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to continuously elevate nursing care quality
Qualifications
- A current California RN license in good standing - or one ready to be transferred? We welcome you!
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certification to keep residents safe in any situation
- A caring, professional attitude and a genuine passion for skilled nursing care
Education

- <li value="2">Current California RN license.</li>
- <li value="3">Current certification in CPR.</li>

Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of the nursing process

- Excellent documentation habits that keep medical records clear and compliant
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
