Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, within your scope of practice
• Conduct thorough assessments and document patient status accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team to create personalized care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for every resident

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN or RN license in Maryland or a compact state
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption per facility policy
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
• Must be able to pass background check and follow facility ID/badge requirements
• A genuine passion for caring for others

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Medication administration and accurate documentation
• Comfort working with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
