Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered resident care using the nursing process from assessment through evaluation
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans
• Document care accurately and promptly in accordance with facility standards and physician orders
• Support quality improvement initiatives that lead to positive resident outcomes
• Adapt care delivery to respect each resident's age, culture, and personal preferences
• Uphold the facility's vision and mission while contributing to a safe, healing environment

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current and active California RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• A compassionate, accountable approach to resident care
