Candidate Pay Rate: $64 - $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate resident care using the nursing process, from assessment through evaluation and documentation
- Implement and coordinate each resident's plan of care in line with the physician's orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, effective, and efficient care
- Honor the age, cultural background, and individual needs of every resident
- Contribute to performance improvement initiatives that elevate quality and outcomes
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current California RN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- A graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- A genuine passion for serving and advocating for residents
Education
