Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate resident care using the nursing process, from assessment through evaluation and documentation
• Implement and coordinate each resident's plan of care in line with the physician's orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, effective, and efficient care
• Honor the age, cultural background, and individual needs of every resident
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives that elevate quality and outcomes

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current California RN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• A graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• A genuine passion for serving and advocating for residents

Education
