Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care using the nursing process from assessment through evaluation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to create effective, individualized care plans.
• Document care accurately and thoroughly, following each resident's physician-approved plan of care.
• Provide care that respects residents' age, culture, and unique life experiences.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives that enhance quality outcomes and resident safety.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active California RN license (required)
• Current CPR certification
• Experience or interest in skilled nursing facility (SNF) care

Education

• <ul>
