Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care using the full nursing process from assessment through evaluation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective care plans
• Document care accurately and thoroughly, ensuring compliance with physician orders and regulatory standards
• Champion quality improvement initiatives that enhance resident outcomes and safety
• Respect each resident's unique age, cultural background, and personal dignity in every interaction
• Support the organization's vision and mission by providing efficient, high-quality nursing care

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current California RN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• A passion for skilled nursing and making a real difference in residents' lives
• Strong clinical judgment and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Education
