Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care using the full nursing process from assessment through evaluation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective care plans
- Document care accurately and thoroughly, ensuring compliance with physician orders and regulatory standards
- Champion quality improvement initiatives that enhance resident outcomes and safety
- Respect each resident's unique age, cultural background, and personal dignity in every interaction
- Support the organization's vision and mission by providing efficient, high-quality nursing care
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current California RN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- A passion for skilled nursing and making a real difference in residents' lives
- Strong clinical judgment and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Education

- <li value="2">Current California RN license.</li>
- <li value="3">Current certification in CPR.</li>

Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of the nursing process and evidence-based practice
- Experience providing direct resident care in a skilled nursing or similar setting
- Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, families, and care team members
- Commitment to continuous performance improvement and quality outcomes
