Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients thoroughly and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic procedures and modalities to restore strength and mobility
Work to improve range of motion, coordination, body alignment, and function
Manage pain control strategies and track patient progress
Collaborate with referring physicians and the care team to optimize outcomes
Document treatments clearly and operate in accordance with the State Practice Act

Qualifications

Current CA Physical Therapist License (required)
Ability to evaluate and treat patients under physician orders
Comfort using a variety of therapeutic procedures and modalities
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Willingness to work full-time day schedules as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Patient evaluation and assessment expertise
Designing and implementing treatment programs
Proficient with therapeutic procedures and modalities
Restoring muscle strength, improving range of motion and coordination
Techniques for body alignment, movement improvement, and pain control
Familiarity with State Practice Act requirements
