Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible 5x8 or 4x10 schedule; one Saturday per month with flex day off)

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in inpatient rehab and acute care settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, COTAs, and RNs
• Focus on one-on-one patient care to maximize outcomes
• Utilize advanced equipment like Lite Gait, BITS, Nustep, and IASTM
• Document patient progress in Meditech and Nethealth systems

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in South Carolina (or compact eligibility)
• Basic physical therapy skills as an independent clinician
• Willingness to learn and be flexible through the day
• Inpatient rehab and acute care experience preferred, but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in physical therapy techniques and assessment
• Experience with Meditech and Nethealth documentation systems
• Familiarity with equipment like Lite Gait, BITS, Nustep, and IASTM
• Knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation and acute care settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
