Roles & Responsibilities

Assist licensed Physical Therapists in delivering hands-on care
Help residents enhance mobility and regain independence
Implement personalized treatment plans to boost quality of life
Foster a compassionate environment in a close-knit SNF
Monitor patient progress and celebrate meaningful improvements

Qualifications

Active PTA license in good standing
Any experience level welcome, including new grads
Compassionate and reliable team player
Commitment to patient-centered care

Strong fundamentals in physical therapy assistance
Excellent communication with patients and teams
