Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient needs, adjusting care plans as necessary
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
• Advocate for patient safety and well-being at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant healthcare experience
• Current, unrestricted professional license applicable to the state of assignment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and cultures
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work night shifts and varying schedules
