Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings
- Assess, plan, and evaluate patient needs, adjusting care plans as necessary
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Advocate for patient safety and well-being at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant healthcare experience
- Current, unrestricted professional license applicable to the state of assignment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and cultures
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work night shifts and varying schedules
