Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiologic imaging procedures following physician orders
• Operate portable radiography equipment at bedside and in surgical settings
• Assist with ED trauma imaging to support fast-paced emergency care
• Conduct fluoroscopic procedures as needed
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while producing high-quality images
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology
• Proficiency in portable radiography and OR imaging
• Experience with ED trauma imaging
• Fluoroscopy skills preferred but not required
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of diagnostic radiology equipment including GE and Shiatzu portable units
• Familiarity with Cerner RadNet EMR
• Understanding of radiation safety and patient care standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Level II trauma center environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
