Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Weekdays, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, day shift; on-call rotation required, no weekends
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform and assist in standard implant procedures, EP ablations, and Watchman procedures in a high-volume electrophysiology lab
- Monitor patients closely during procedures with a 1:1 patient ratio, ensuring safety and comfort
- Collaborate with a skilled team of RNs, techs, anesthesia, and supervisors to deliver exceptional patient care
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation using Philips EMR and Meditech
- Respond with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, busy lab environment
- Participate in on-call rotation to support emergent EP cases
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience dedicated to EP lab nursing
- Current RN license (compact or state-specific)
- Previous experience with standard implant procedures, EP ablations, and Watchman procedures
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency and excellent teamwork skills
- ARRT or RCES certification preferred if applicable
Knowledge & Skills
- Advanced knowledge of electrophysiology lab procedures
- Proficiency with Philips EMR and Meditech
- Experience with Claris monitoring systems
- Expertise in 1:1 patient monitoring during EP procedures
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with anesthesia and lab staff
