Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other team members to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and document vitals and observations accurately
• Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and dignity at every step
• Adapt quickly to new facilities and build rapport with patients and families
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant healthcare experience
• Current, active professional license in good standing (compact license accepted where applicable)
• BLS certification; ACLS may be required for certain assignments
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Must be comfortable in a dynamic, changing environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
• Flexibility to adapt to different policies, procedures, and teams
• Compassion and empathy that shine through in every patient interaction
• Time management and the ability to prioritize under pressure
