Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed
• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and changes in patient status

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtainable upon hire)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of critical care nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in critical care nursing practices
• Proficiency with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
