Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered dental hygiene care
• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy
• Take and process digital X-rays with precision
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene and preventive care practices
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with dentists to create personalized treatment plans

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Virginia
• Current CPR certification
• Prior clinical or dental practice experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Commitment to delivering quality care in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene best practices and infection control protocols
• Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patients
• Attention to detail in documentation and patient care
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude
