Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and intervene promptly when needed
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments safely
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families for a smooth recovery at home
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards

Qualifications

• Active California RN license
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (ACLS is a plus)
• Experience in med-surg/telemetry nursing desired
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments

Knowledge & Skills

• Telemetry monitoring expertise
• IV and medication administration confidence
• EHR proficiency
• Excellent patient assessment skills
• Team collaboration and patient education
