Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Measure and document vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with mealtimes, feeding, and hydration needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required in a healthcare setting
• A genuine passion for helping others

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and ADL support
• Strong observation and documentation skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced environments
