Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Support nursing staff by reporting changes in patient condition promptly
• Help with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
• Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Prior experience in long-term care, acute care, or home health preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to patient dignity

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of infection control and universal precautions
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Time management and organizational skills
