Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch dental cleanings and preventive care to patients
• Assess oral health and partner with dentists to create personalized treatment plans
• Take and interpret dental X-rays to spot issues early
• Teach patients effective oral hygiene habits they'll thank you for
• Keep the clinical space clean, stocked, and ready for action
• Document patient visits accurately and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• A current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
• A degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
• CPR/BLS certification that's up to date
• A genuine passion for patient care and detail-oriented work
• Great communication skills and a friendly chairside manner

Education

• Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on expertise in dental prophylaxis and scaling
• Working knowledge of dental radiography and safety
• Comfort with dental practice management software
• Ability to connect with patients and put them at ease
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting
