Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care, including cleanings and polishings
• Perform thorough oral health assessments and document patient histories
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques for long-term wellness
• Assist dentists during procedures while keeping patients comfortable
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and welcoming clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication skills and a caring chairside manner
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
• Proficiency in taking radiographs (X-rays)
• Excellent patient education and motivational abilities
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
