Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during examinations and procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment to ensure a safe environment
• Take dental X-rays and impressions for accurate treatment planning
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
• Maintain patient records and keep the treatment area organized and welcoming

Qualifications

• Orthodontic certification required
• Experience with Denticon software is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental office

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and terminology
• Proficiency in dental assisting techniques
• Familiarity with dental imaging and X-ray equipment
• Skill in maintaining patient comfort and safety
• Excellent organizational skills
