Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments and cleanings
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
• Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
• Document patient care accurately and maintain records
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and treatment areas
• Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to deliver comprehensive patient care

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Massachusetts
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience performing dental hygiene procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene practices and infection control
• Skill in using dental software for patient charting and records
• Ability to explain oral health concepts clearly to patients
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
