Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to assigned patients
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes meticulously
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other professionals to ensure quality care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• BLS certification required
• Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, or similar settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work evening shifts and adapt quickly to different units

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing or registered nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) charting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care best practices
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team
