Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily living assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs accurately, promptly reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean, hygienic environment and follow infection prevention protocols
• Respond quickly to call lights and offer emotional support to residents and families
• Document care provided thoroughly and collaborate with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly to different facilities and care teams
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping others

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care procedures and safety guidelines
• Skilled in observing and reporting changes in patient condition
• Comfortable using electronic health records for documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills with a caring, professional demeanor
