Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care and cleanings
• Deliver thorough prophylaxis in efficient 30-minute appointment slots
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Collaborate with dental assistants to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in clinical dental hygiene
• Strong patient care and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental cleaning techniques and instruments
• Understanding of infection control protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and patient education skills
• Familiarity with dental software and charting
